Small Room - Shared Bath: $275 weekly, $450 bi-weekly, $800 monthly

Large Room - Shared Bath: $325 weekly, $550 bi-weekly, $950 monthly

Master Bedroom w Ensuite Private Bath: $375 weekly, $725 bi-weekly, $1200 monthly

Refundable Security Deposit: Between $1000 to $1800 PER PERSON of which at least half is required at moving in, rest can be paid in parts depending upon eligibility

Note*: Each Child or Adult of any age is counted as a seperate PERSON
